your videos on your website

Using the newest Flash technology, you can now have your own short video on your website. With this new feature you can create a short video of yourself, and have it placed on your site as a greeting to viewers. To see an example of how this works please visit these sites to see what these doctors have done.

To learn how to get your videos online, please play the below movies in order. Also please read the “Guidelines for videos” below the videos to further understand the process.

Guidelines for videos:

  • All videos must be submitted using the submission pages in NYK Central.
  • We will not accept video tapes or DVDs
  • Files must be in the formats of “.mpg”, “.avi” or “.wmv”
  • Videos should be no larger than 10 Mb in size, average size is usually 1-3 Mb
  • Videos should be less that 60 seconds. Most videos that are 30 seconds are a good size for website presentations.
  • All videos must be in finished format. We will not edit or change videos.
  • It is preferable to use solid still backgrounds and closer videos. Videos with a lot of motion may show distortion and will increase the size of the final file and therefore increase download time.
  • All videos are converted to Flash Video format. This conversion may affect the quality of the final video. If the final video does not meet with your approval you will need to send a new video for conversion.
